TRAINING OBJECTIVE:

• To ensure complete awareness and understanding with regard to safety protection in utilization of radiation apparatus (x-ray machine and radioactive sources)
• To inform workers of the potential health risks working with radiation apparatus and procedures to minimize the risks.
• To teach the correct procedure in handling radiation sources
• In compliance with the requirements stipulated under Act 304, Atomic Energy Licensing Act.

CAREER HISTORY:

Upon completion of basics degree on 1984, attached to Malaysian Institute of Nuclear

Technology Research (MINT) as research officer in nuclear field. Become the pioneer officer at

the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) from the day of the establishment until 1991.

During working with AELB involved in most of the planning and enforcement of the Act

activities. Set-up own business upon resignation from AELB and partners to various

companies mostly dealing with radiation technology. Main interest is in radiation safety

training and consultancy.
